Social Work Day at Lunglei Science Centre, Zohnuai.
In this program, the Department alumni and current LMC Councillors, Mr. R. Lalremsiama, Ms. Lalhruaitluangi Sailo, and Ms. Lalmuanpuii Renthlei, honored the program as special guests.
A felicitation program was held in which the alumni were presented with citations and College Magazine.
Mr. Rosangliana, Head of Department, delivered greetings on behalf of the department, and a keynote address was presented by Mr. RTC Lalremruata. The theme for this year is 'Buen Vivir: A Shared Future for Transformative Change'.
The distinguished guests' speeches reflected the theme and also touched on the significance of World Social Work Day, the subject's scope, and its versatility. They also encouraged the students to work harder in their academic pursuits and careers.
The program was eventful and featured both educational and entertainment segm.
